“Airedale Air Heating & AC (HVAC-AL) performed an exceptional and professional service for me at my residence. Their estimate included three comprehensive options as well as a detailed evaluation of the existing HVAC system. Modern HVAC systems are very complex and Airedale Air explained to me in simple to understand terms exactly how each option would work for me. They thoroughly addressed all of my questions helping me to make an informed decision and raising my comfort level. The upfront personal time spent with me was over and beyond any of the other four contractors that I contacted about the job and Airedale Air pricing compared favorably to the other contractor’s estimates, especially considering the level of service that I was receiving.
The work carried out by Airedale Air (HVAC-AL) for me included an overhaul of the existing ductwork, the addition of new supply and return ducts, and the installation of the Amana 16 SEER AC model ASX16 and the matched 80% AFUE Two-Stage Variable-Speed Gas Furnace model AMV8/ADV8. Their courteous and concientious technicians attended to details that I suspect other contractors would overlook or neglect, including cleaning up after themselves each day. It has been three months since the installation and the HVAC system operates exacty as they described. I am very pleased with the outcome of the work and would highly recommend Airedale Air to anyone requiring a first class quality service at a fair and reasonable price.”
I just want to say that Al is the best out there. I had previously relied on a reputable company which is “highly recommended” by the BBB. When my A/C system started to go downhill, this company gave me a quote on a system that was way over my price range. There were no options or discussions. Luckily, I received a referral to Airdale A/C through an internet search. After speaking to Al, I canceled my appointments with the other companies I was referred to, because I knew I had found the right guy. Al spent his time discussing the basics of A/C on a level I could understand and my options, and helped me to find a system that was within my budget. He was punctual and his team did a great job of getting my new system in. When they found some duct work that needed to be replaced, Al kept to the original price quote for the project and did not charge me extra. Unbelievable! Al is a real gem–trustworthy, knowledgeable, reliable, honest. He is now my official A/C and heating man, and I will recommend him to everyone I know.
